White-Crowned Sparrows

The White-Crowned Sparrows have arrived!

  1. Very nice! I see them here in Albuquerque occasionally, usually in forested areas, or the Nature Center, all near the river. There were (maybe still are) a lot in the Bosque del Apache Wildlife Area 100 miles S of Albuquerque. I saw them in the brush in mid winter when we visited to observe the cranes and other water birds who winter over in that area. Thank you for the video of the sweet little birds enjoying the water!
