There is a large Agave Salmiana, AKA Green Giant. It's growing just below the house and it's going to bloom! The plant is about 12 to 14 feet in diameter and the bloom stalk will grow to over 20 feet tall when it actually blooms.

Nice -- and exciting! Yours look healthy and happy. I see the plants (aka Century Plants) here and there here in Albuquerque, but I think maybe only 6 feet at the widest (then add pups/daughter/offsets, which will live on when mother plant eventually dies). I've seen some of these big ones blooming, too.
